the restaurant provided delicious meals, especially lunch and dinner. the shower area was clean and functional, and all areas of the bathroom were well-maintained. our room was spacious with comfortable bedding.

The hotel had a good location and was quite clean, which was nice. It is also close to a popular tourist attraction, making it easy to visit. Another advantage was that the staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

My Xmas experience at the hotel was not very enjoyable. The food was not very good and there were limited options available.

The stay at Crystal Cove was amazing. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the jeep safari they arranged for us, it was a nice experience. The staff, especially Jishnu and Ajith, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Crystal Cove to anyone visiting Thekkady. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely recommend this hotel.
